Home start for Chorley with bank holiday derbies to come
Chorley will kick off their 2026/27 campaign on home soil, with Chester the visitors to Victory Park on August 8.
It's a busy opening month for Andy Preece's Magpies, with no fewer than six games in August alone.
After the Seals' opening-day visit (kick-off 3pm), Chorley take to the road for trips to South Shields and Marine, their first midweek game of the campaign.
A trip to Merthyr Town is sandwiched between home games against Scarborough Athletic and Brackley Town, the latter rounding off the month on August bank holiday Monday (3pm).
Other notable fixtures include the Boxing Day North West derby clash with Morecambe at Victory Park (3pm), with the Shrimps new to the division following their relegation from the National League at the end of last season.
The return fixture sees the Magpies travel to the Halo Aerospace Stadium on Easter Monday, March 29 (3pm).
The season ends on Saturday, April 24, with a 5.30pm kick-off at Harborough Town.
