Good week leaves Chorley feeling positive for Kiddy trip
Chorley can leapfrog above this weekend’s opponents Kidderminster Harriers with victory at Aggborough this weekend.
A big gap is beginning to open up between the top three – South Shields, AFC Fylde and Merthyr Town – and the rest.

Despite picking up just seven points out of a possible 30 points, the Magpies remain just three points outside the play-off places in the National League North.
In 11th spot, they are just two points behind Kiddy who sit just one place above them in the table.
And there is more positivity around Victory Park this week after the Magpies earned four points from a possible six from two home games against Bedford Town and Spennymoor Town.
"Kiddy is always a tough place to go – always a hostile crowd,” said Preece.
"They have got quality players so we know it’s going to be difficult, but we have manged to get results there before.
"We are going to need everybody at it when you go to Kiddy, you need players at eight, nine or 10 out 10 to get a result.
"We’ve had two tough games on a heavy surface so we will have to see how the lads come out of that.
"But we are obviously in a lot more of a positive place after the last three results (in the league).”
Bamber Bridge go in search of their first league win since late October when they host Prescot Cables in the NPL Premier Division tomorrow.
