COMMERCIAL CORNER: Exciting times ahead at Victory Park

At the weekend we hosted Curzon Ashton and it was a frustrating result. After going a goal down the lads fought back, but despite a valiant effort, there wasn’t to be a winner.

Places are now available to be a mascot for this season. This has proved to be hugely popular over the years, and with places selling fast you’ll need to act fast to accompany the teams as they take to Victory Park during the new campaign.

Priced at just £100, the package includes a replica shirt and chance to visit the home dressing room to meet the players. But that’s not all, mascots also get to warm up on the pitch, receive souvenir photographs of the special day, four match tickets and free matchday programme. Looking ahead at events we’ve the Chorley FC Golf Day and Evening with Jimmy White which has just been launched. ‘The Whirlwind’ will visit the club on Friday, October 27, and supporters will be able to watch him dazzle with his trick shots during frames he will play on the night and there is also chance to play against him. General admission to the show will cost £20 but there are also VIP packages available, which includes a champagne reception and buffet in the 1883 Lounge - and chance to meet the man himself. Tickets for this option are limited and priced £500 + VAT for a table of 10.
