Brig are held by Cables
Ally Waddecar gave Brig a 24th-minute lead, and it looked like Neil Crowe’s side would hold on for three NPL First Division North points.
But in the 83rd minute, Robert Doran equalised for Cables, which means Brig finish the season in 12th place.

Burscough – already qualified for the end-of-season play-offs – finished the regular campaign with a 3-0 win at home to Scarborough Athletic.
Liam Caddick scored twice and Michael Monaghan netted the other goal.
Kendal Town won 3-1 at home to Harrogate Railway Athletic, who took the lead through Harry Coates in the 11th minute.

Daniel Towers scored the third, four minutes after half-time.
Clitheroe won 3-2 at Witton Albion with goals from Michael Hampson, Daniel Brady and Kurt Willoughby.
Albion’s goals came from Thomas Owens and a Daniel Andrews penalty.
