Big match focus: PNE v MK Dons
MEET THE BOSS: Karl Robinson is the third longest-serving manager in English football behind Arsene Wenger and Paul Tisdale.
He is a month away from his sixth anniversary as MK Dons boss, having previously been on the club’s coaching staff. The 35-year-old’s path into coaching came via Liverpool’s academy and he then joined Paul Ince’s staff at Blackburn. He followed Ince to MK Dons. In his playing days, Robinson turned out for a number of non-league clubs, and he had a spell locally with Bamber Bridge.
MEET THE REF: Stuart Attwell will referee Preston for the second time this season when they take on MK Dons at Deepdale.
He was previously in charge of PNE’s goalless draw with Cardiff in October. Mr Atwell has refereed 39 games this season, four of them in the Premier League.
