Line-up completed for the NPCL 40 Over Cup’s quarter-finals
The NPCL 40 Over Cup quarter-final line-up was completed after last Saturday’s final round of group games.
Chorley finished top in the league stage of the NPCL 40 Over Cup despite Settle denying them a 100 per cent record.

Settle's 60-run home victory in Saturday’s final round of group games forced Chorley to settle for five wins out of six: a record shared by four other clubs, including Leyland and Euxton.
Chorley took top spot on run rate with Leyland finishing second, Euxton fifth and Garstang seventh in reaching the quarter-finals.
Settle chose to bat and posted 225-9 as Zane Nirodi (54) put on 52 for the second wicket with captain John Davidson (41) and 76 for the fourth with James Snowden (45).
Skipper Keegan Peterson led the Chorley reply with 59 and he too shared in two substantial partnerships, worth 63 with Edwin Moulton (36) and 62 with Will Moulton (29).
However, the innings fell away from 130-3 and the visitors were all out for 165 with 5.2 overs remaining, Gautam Waghela taking 5-26.
Table-toppers Chorley finished 0.16 ahead of Leyland on net run rate after their neighbours defeated visitors Whalley by 71 runs.
Star of the show was Zak Willox with his top knock for Leyland, 134 from 104 balls.
His opening stand of 129 with Xander Eyre (62) laid the platform for a total of 280-6, Sam Oldham adding 42.
Whalley gave a brave chase as Levi Wolfenden led the way with 71 and put on 75 with Hamish Mullavey-Clark (35).
Opener Monty Cort had earlier scored 57 and shared 70 with Frankie Johnson (30) but the visitors fell short at 209-8.
Euxton sealed their place in the top group with a five-wicket win at Fleetwood.
Captain Declan Clerkin made 51 and Jeremy Davies 38 for a Fleetwood side who needed a win to qualify but they didn't get enough runs on the board at 186-8.
Nishan Peiris made 48 before James Bone (42 not out) and Jack Morgan (30no) saw Euxton home at 187-5 with four overs remaining.
Garstang earned a qualifying place despite a nine-run defeat at home to Netherfield.
The Cumbrians posted 237-5 and were inspired by John Huck, who scored 82 not out from 54 balls, hitting seven sixes and putting on 116 for the fourth wicket with captain Ben Barrow (52).
Joseph Pearson led the Garstang reply with 60 and shared 97 with Mark Walling (51) but they were all out for 228 with seven deliveries remaining.
Longridge finished a point outside the top eight, taking ninth spot after an emphatic eight-wicket win at Barrow, which saw Matt De Villiers in superlative form.
Barrow would have fancied their chances after posting 215-9 but De Villiers ensured Longridge passed that total with almost 20 overs to spare.
The South African smashed 104 from 36 balls, including 22 boundaries.
He put on 128 for the first wicket with Josh Miller, who batted throughout for 47 and saw the visitors home with Alex Mason (31 not out) at 221-2.
Barrow professional Hardus Coetzer had earlier been run out for 82, having shared stands of 92 with Sam Dutton (60) and 70 with Jack Singleton (17) as Longridge's Joe Lyth took 3-22.
Batters were on top as Fulwood and Broughton won a high-scoring clash with St Annes at Vernon Road.
Zain Abbas (63), Evan Dobson (61 not out) and Harry Birkman (54 not out) all made half-centuries in the hosts’ 298-4.
F&B’s reply saw them reach 299-4 with 10 balls remaining as Ben Rosbottom struck an undefeated 138 from only 106 balls.
Penwortham also finished with a win, defeating Carnforth by 36 runs as Robbie Sumner starred with the bat.
He hit nine fours and as many sixes in making 139 from their 257-8 before Carnforth were all out for 221 with 31 balls left.
Preston were one-wicket winners against Thornton Cleveleys, recovering from 130-6 to overhaul their visitors 189-9 at West Cliff.

The Bradford club won by 70 runs, having posted 265-5 as Henry Pearson (95 not out) and Brad Schmulian (91) shared a fourth-wicket stand of 109.
Leyland could only reach 197 in reply, despite Eyre’s 50.
