Fitzgerald wins again
Preston's Scott Fitzgerald made it two wins out of two with a devastating, second round stoppage win over Welshman Robert Studzinski at the Echo Arena in Liverpool.
Studzinski was on the receiving end of an onslaught of punches from the Commonwealth Games gold medallist in a one-sided super-welterweight contest.
There were 15 seconds of the second session remaining when referee Phil Edwards had little option but to step in halt Fitzgerald's barrage of punches to head and body.
Fitzgerald, cheered on by a large section of supporters in the cavernous arena, said: "I need to relax and settle down in there, but I am happy now that I have had these two wins
