Witnesses wanted after bike crash
It happened at around 10.30am on Sunday, May 22 when a motorcycle was travelling along Forest Becks Brow and failed to negotiate a left hand bend.
It is thought to have collided with a Volvo C70 which was travelling in the opposite direction.

Hide AdThe motorcyclist, a 62 year old man from Blackburn, sustained injuries to his spine, ribs, pelvis and leg and was taken to Royal Preston Hospital. His condition is described as poorly but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Sergeant Claire Pearson of the Road Policing Unit said: “The motorcyclist has sustained some serious injuries as a result of this collision which happened on a rural road. We are keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time and witnessed what happened.”
