South Ribble roadworks from July 23: Which streets in the borough are affected, how long they are scheduled to last and why they are in place

Here’s a list of eight roadworks beginning across South Ribble in the next seven days.

Motorists will be affected by restrictions like give and take as United Utilities and Lancashire County Council carry out repair and maintenance work.

They are advised to avoid these areas or allow more time for their journey.

5. Clifford Avenue, Longton
