Reckless motorist clocked speeding at 132mph on M6 in Preston

The reckless speedster was spotted driving more than 60mph above the limit by a mobile speed camera situated on a bridge over the M6 near junction 32 (Broughton, A6, M55).

The Lancashire Road Safety camera van had been on patrol along the M6, where it also detected seven drivers who had not been wearing seat belts.

The road safety team has blasted the driver's behaviour as "totally unacceptable", saying they will seek to prosecute the driver for the offence.
