Traffic was building on the M6 southbound following a crash at around 1.30pm today (October 8).
One lane was closed between junctions 29 (Bamber Bridge Interchange) and 28 (Leyland Interchange) as a result of the collision, resulting in slow moving traffic.
But it has now been confirmed the vehicle has been moved to safety and the lane has reopened.
