Claughton-on-Brock lane reopen after stuck HGV is freed

A country lane was temporarily blocked after a lorry got stuck.

Garstang Police say the area of Brock Bottoms, Claughton-on-Brock, is now reopen.

Officers were called to reports a HGV was stuck on White Lea Lea blocking access through Brock Bottoms and warned motorists to avoid the area.

They were eventually assisted by a local farmer and his John Deere tractor.

The road was blocked for around 40 minutes but is now clear.
