A Ferrari was seized by police in Preston after its driver was found driving ‘antisocially’ around the city for a second time.

The supercar was pulled over in Ringway around 12.45pm on Tuesday and its driver handed a Section 59 warning for ‘anti-social driving’.

It was the second such warning for the Ferrari driver within the past 12 months, said police, which meant officers were able to seize the car.

“Well, it’ll certainly get your car seized (even if it is a Ferrari!)

“Yesterday, at around 12.45pm, our officers stopped the black Ferrari pictured on Ringway, near Preston city centre and issued a Section 59 warning, which is used to warn drivers when they are driving antisocially.

“If you receive two Section 59 warnings within a year, then your car can be seized.
