M6 lanes now re-opened after incident outside Preston

A section of the M6 temporarily closed on the outskirts of Preston due to a broken down vehicle is now re-open.

The motorway from junction 31A close to Longridge and junction J32 near the Broughton Interchange is reopened after being closed for the best part of an hour.
