Long delays on M6 and M61 South of Preston
Drivers are experiencing long tailbacks northbound on the M6 and M61 south of J30.
Traffic is moving slowly on all three lanes on the northbound carriageways of the M6 and M61, near Bamber Bridge, where they meet.
Congestion appears to be the cause of the tailbacks, which started at around 3pm this afternoon.
