Lane closed on southbound M6 after lamp post catches fire

A lane was closed on the southbound M6 after a lamp post caught fire, say Highways England.

The incident happened at junction 27 and 28 on the southbound M6 at around 11am on May 31.

Fire crews attended the incident and extinguished the blaze.

All lanes are now re-open.
