
The vehicle has been safely moved to the hard shoulder and all lanes are now running freely.
The collision happened on the M61 northbound exit slip road at junction 9 in Brindle at around 7.30am today (Monday, April 1).Traffic officers and emergency services attended the scene.
Police closed one lane on the slip road after it had been blocked by the stricken vehicles.
