Delays after vehicle breakdown on M61
Traffic is reported to be slow this morning on the southbound M61 at the junction of the M6.
One lane was closed at junction 30 of the motorway after a vehicle stopped in lane three until around 7am.
Police say the vehicle had broken down.
All lanes have now re-opened although some delays may remain.
