Contraflow on Preston New Road due to anti-fracking protest
Drivers using Preston New Road this morning have been warned to expect possible delays following protester activity.
Police say that a contraflow has been put in place on the road near to the Cuadrilla fracking site.
A spokesman for Fylde police said: "Good Morning. Due to Campaigner activity on the A583, Preston New Road, we have put a contra flow in place. Local Businesses are open as normal."
Officers remain at the scene.
