The M6 at junction 28, Leyland Police received a call at 7.55am today (Monday).
They say it is a ‘damage only’ incident and nobody was injured.
The third lane between Leyland and Charnock Richard, junctions 27 and 28, remains closed and is causing traffic build-up.
