Stuck level crossing barrier causes delays
TRAFFIC congestion was building up in the Bamber Bridge area today after a barrier on a level crossing became stuck.
Police warned motorists to avoid the Station Road area of the town after the barrier was stuck in the down position so traffic could not cross.
