Steps perform as part of the Strictly Come Dancing line-up in Blackpool
Steps took to the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom on Saturday evening.
The hit BBC show Strictly Come Dancing returned to the Blackpool Tower Ballroom on Saturday evening (November 22) and they brought a host of stars with them.
Among the acts getting involved in the celebrations was the iconic 90s band, Steps.
The five-piece group performed some of their much-loved popular songs, all of which are hits from The Steps Musical.
Steps sang live to provide the backtrack for Strictly’s professional dancers and their celebrity partners as they took to the dancefloor at the historic ballroom.
In a post about the 90s band, the official BBC iPlayer account stated: “My younger self is screaming rn 🤩
“Steps are serving greatest hits and even greater sparkles, the Blackpool party has officially started!”
Steps kick started the Strictly Come Dancing weekend in Blackpool, which is Week 9 of the current series, and Scottish singer/songwriter Lewis Capaldi is set to end it as he performs on the results show on this evening (Sunday, November 23).
