RuPaul's Drag Race star Willam coming to Preston nightclub Evoque

William, a star from RuPaul's Drag Race, is coming to a Preston nightclub later this month as part of a UK tour.

Jon Walling, event manager of Evoque nightclub in Church Street, said: “We launched our new look LGBT+ club night ‘Glitterbomb’ at the start of the academic year and we are hugely excited to be welcoming Willam to Preston. We know he’s going to put on an incredible show!”

Willam, who is from LA, became a legendary drag queen when he was the first and only contestant to be disqualified from RuPaul’s Drag Race. Since leaving the show he’s gone on to have millions of YouTube views and most recently appears alongside Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper in the new movie ‘A Star Is Born’.

Glitterbomb is a national LGBT+ club brand that runs regular sessions at Evoque Nightclub featuring drag queens, dancers and themed events.

At the event on Thursday November 29, Willam will be performing songs, talking to the crowd and posing for selfies. Tickets start from £8 and are available from www.glitterbombevents.co.uk/preston.
