Rug rat sought after store's CCTV appeal
A Preston furniture store hopes it has pulled the rug from under a thief after releasing CCTV images.
Rhodes Furnishers, Tulketh Brow, used its Facebook page to issue an appeal following the incident yesterday.
The company said: “Anybody know these two likely lads? The one in grey decided to come into store this morning, he must have been in a rush because he bolted out the door with a rug under his arm without paying. Staff gave chase and recovered the rug. The pair got away although dropped some keys if you let us know where you live we will drop them off for you.”
