A 65-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of producing cannabis.

Det Insp Mark Winstanley said: “We had a lot of reports from people who had noticed a strong smell of cannabis coming from the address.

“It was very large for such a rural location and I hope it sends a message out to the public that the police will act on their concerns.”
