Police have released an image of a 24-year-old man they want to speak in relation to assault.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: “Have you seen 24-year-old Jordon Russell from Blackburn who we want to speak to about an attempted Section 18 Wounding?

“Russell knows we want to speak to him and we would invite him to hand himself in.”
