Police close road at Hoyles Lane Cottam following incident
Preston Police have closed the road at Hoyles Lane at Cottam.
The road is closed between the junction of Sandy Lane and Kingsley Road.
Lancashire Police Tac Ops and Preston Fire are currently on the scene.
