Stars to turn out for celebrity football match in Morecambe to support charity set up by brave teen Reece Holt
Actors and reality TV stars will come to Morecambe next month to play in a charity football match to raise money for Team Reece.
The match will be held at the Mazuma Mobile Stadium on Friday May 1.
Team Reece was set up by Overton schoolboy Reece Holt, along with his mum Rachel Macfarlane, and has raised thousands to help children who have cancer and their families.
Lancaster Royal Grammar School pupil Reece was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour in 2016.

He wanted the charity to help people who were also affected by cancer, and raised money to buy a holiday home for children and their families in the same situation as his.
Reece passed away after a brave fight on January 18 2019 at the age of 13.
The football match is being held in conjunction with Sellebrity Soccer and is expected to include players such as reality TV star (and son of footballer George Best) Calum Best, Married at First Sight stars John Shepherd, Ross McCarthy, Orson Nurse and Adam Nightingale, Eastenders actors Dean Gaffney and Ricky Groves, actor Joe Jackson, several Love Island stars and many more, subject to work commitments.
The game will kick off at 7.30pm and doors open at 6pm.

Tickets cost £12 plus booking fee, and admission is free for under twos.
A VIP ticket costs £40 plus booking fee and includes a VIP meet the celebrity players at 1pm before doors open to the public.
