South Ribble Council has approved at least eight plans in the past seven days, many with conditions attached.
The projects involve residential properties, and include extensions, replacing pitched roof dormers and creating new accommodation.

. 24 Houghton Road, Penwortham
Approval with conditions has been given to the homeowners of 24 Houghton Road, Penwortham, to create hipped roofs over the existing side extensions, and convert the existing garage to habitable accommodation and construct a detached double garage to the front. Photo: Google Maps
