Road to Preston temporarily closed for dredging work at Savick Brook
People travelling to Preston from Freckleton and Kirkham could be affected by a lane closure for work on Savick Brook.
The temporary lane closure has been put in place by Lancashire County Council on Blackpool Road between the Lea Gate pub and the junction with Riversway, and could affect journeys towards Preston.
The daytime lane closure will be in place for around a week while dredging work is carried out on Savick Brook.
Drivers are advised to allow more time if travelling in this area.
