Preston Recycling Lives Fire: These were the scenes as fire crews battled blaze that saw smoke dominate skies around city

Fire crews were working into the evening after a major fire at Recycling Lives in Preston.

The fire involved approximately 200 tonnes of pre shredded cars and metal and saw smoke dominate the skies around the city.

It is now under control but around 70 firefighters were still on site as of 4pm.
