Preston North End legends and Hollyoaks stars to battle it out in Big Charity Match in Chorley

Tony Cartwright, Damian Chamberlain and Ian Crowther are hosting the star-studded event on Sunday, May 8, at Chorley Football Club, Victory Park, Duke Street, in aid of the Rosemere Cancer Foundation and the Len Johnrose Trust.

Rosemere Legends including Preston North End’s Graham Atkinson, Lee Cartwright and Paul McKenna will be pitted against TV celebrities like Hollyoaks heavyweights Nick Pickard, Billy Price and Ashley Taylor Dawson. Kickoff is 2pm.

Tony said: “There will be players from Blackburn Rovers, as well as Andy Bayes and Graham Liver, both of BBC Radio Lancashire, Britain’s Got Talent finalist Steve Royle, and Steve McCormick, manager of the legends. They will be taking on the Jet 2 TV All-stars, with commentary from Stephen Lowe, of BBC Radio Lancashire, and comedian Stan Boardman.”

Entry is £8 per adult and £5 per child, while meet and greet is £20.
