What has Liv said about Property Elevator?

Speaking about the experience, Liv said: “Pitching a deal is tough. Pitching it in front of a production crew and a panel of angel investors raises the stakes completely. That pressure is where you quickly see who truly understands their numbers and their strategy.”

The former Woodlea Junior School, Balshaw's Church of England High School and Runshaw College pupil then added: “Being the youngest angel on the panel gives me a different perspective.

“I expect anybody pitching to know their figures, move quickly, think clearly and make bold decisions. Property doesn’t reward hesitation, and I’m not afraid to back, or challenge, deals when the fundamentals are right. I love a bit of calculated risk.”
