Here are the latest approved, refused and registered planning applications for the Ribble Valley from the 24 February.

Have a look at seven of the planning applications submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council over the past week.

An application for the land south of Ludlow Road in Clitheroe has been approved, subject to legal agreement, from the Ribble Valley Borough Council. The application plans on building 21 houses. The application also compromises revisions to the ground floor level of plots one to 14. The applications also include alternations to the pedestrian link between the development and the adjacent public right of way, and revised landscaping alongside the public right of way.
