Jobs up for grabs as Home Bargains gets ready to open in Chorley

Construction work for a large Home Bargains store in Chorley has taken place and is now recruiting.

Former stores Currys and Carpet Right have merged together to form the popular discounted store at the Alliance Retail Park.

Operating under the strapline “Top Brands – Bottom Prices”, Home Bargains’ range includes health and beauty products, medicines, baby products, household products, toys and games, pet food, home furnishings and ornaments, seasonal products, ancillary food and drink products and a clothing range.

The popular franchise, which is one of the UK’s fastest growing discount retailers, opens approximately 50 stores a year, with the new Chorley store joining over 576 outlets that already exist across the UK.

In October last year, the store opened its doors in Leyland following a £1 million investment.

Liverpool-based TJ Morris is the owner of Home Bargains.

The store is expected to open its doors to the public on Saturday, 12 November.

More information on jobs available are on the Home Bargains website.
