Fylde mayor Coun Elaine Silverwood and the area's MP Mark Menzies attended ceremonies at St Annes and Kirkham and after lockdown prevented gathering last year, the support shown by the public was substantial and much appreciated.
Representatives of several organisations as well as the armed forces took part in the events and laid wreath of poppies and school children joined in the parades while many families looked on.
