Firefighters called out to kitchen fire in Preston
Firefighters were called out to the centre of Preston in the early hours of this morning to tackle a domestic kitchen fire.
Two fire engines arrived at the scene on St George's Road after 2am and spent around three quarters of an hour extinguishing the fire.
Firefighters established that the fire started from a pan on the cooker hob.
