Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was killed when the HGV he was driving left a Burnley road and overturned.
Officers were called at around 12-40pm to a report that a HGV travelling towards Blackburn Road on Higher Shuttleworth had careered off the carriageway.
The driver, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Enquiries are ongoing to determine the cause of the collision.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision to call 101, quoting log 618 of May 6.
