Since March 23 communities have rallied together, to support the NHS and those in need.
Today we celebrate just a few of the county's community heroes:
13.
Christine Graham from Freckleton in Bloom with the tribute to the NHS on the roundabout at Freckleton
14.
Annette Russ of Red Rose Road runners running in her Dobby costume whilst collecting food for local foodbanks
15.
PNE hampers were packed and delivered to people isolated by virus. Matt Brown fills the boxes.
16.
Abbie Dawson with her daughter Sophia Rose who delivered little goody bags for local children in lockdown during their exercise.
