Tony Meadows will be at the helm of what was formerly, The Blue Anchor, located at 21 South Road.
He said: “What an opening weekend we have had. Met some wonderful people over the last 3 days.
“It’s been a learning curve for sure, lots of nice comments and lots of constructive feedback.
"Now we close the doors until Friday and once we reopen we will be then open full time, 7 days a week,
“We would like to say a huge thank you to every who come to visit over the weekend,
“We are most certainly excited about the future and we look forward to the challenge ahead.”
He will be holidng a walk-in recruitment day tomorrow, between 4pm- 8pm.
