Director of Ultimate Cafe Nichola Lee said: “Having built a reputation for being a number one pancakes provider, Shrove Tuesday is certainly our favourite time of year, as with many of our customers.
“From nostalgic classics such as lemon and sugar to Nutella coated indulgences, not forgetting our American Maple Syrup and Bacon which perfectly combines the sweet and savoury balance, we’ve certainly got something for everyone.”
Savoury pancake options include chicken and mushroom, ham and cheese and smoked salmon with rocket and cream cheese.
