PCW’s Steven Fludder - Wrestlers and fans are encouraged to come in fancy dress

This week has been a busy one for me and I am looking forward to December 1st where I have a little break from shows.

I have been working non stop on different projects including shows, the academy, fund raising and some DIY at home.

Next Friday is a big day for me as it’s show day! Kicking off with an in store signing at GAME in St Georges Shopping Centre, Preston and then ending it with our annual Halloween show where both wrestlers and fans are encouraged to come in fancy dress and we have lots of fun. I have my outfit ready and I have really gone to town this year.

The rest of this weekend will be spent building beds. I have never been good at DIY and that is probably why the last two beds have ended up breaking. Nothing to do with what happens in the beds, its more because I am a big heavy lump. The last bed I had cramp in the night and kicked out and booted the end of the bed off haha.

Finally the academy cogs are still moving forward. Slowly and steady, but I am frustrated now with how long this has taken. Going via the council for the unit and the planning permission has been painfully slow. All I am awaiting now is some references to be returned to the council and I can sign the lease. So potentially next week I could have the keys with a view to opening right away. I just want to get this open now.
