My son saved up months for his bike which has been stolen from outside his work - please help us find it
He is now traveling on the bus costing him £18 per week.
A teenager has been left gutted after a bike he saved up months to buy has been taken from outside his work in Preston.
The 17-year-old’s father Ian Porter has posted images of the bike which is worth around £1,500, and where it’s last known location is linked to.

The bike is a white cube CMS full suspension and has further upgrades. It was locked up behind a keypad secured gate, but thieves cut through a bike lock to steal it from from Theatre Street around 9.30am on Saturday, July 25.
Ian told the Post: “It took him a few months to save up for the bike. He is now traveling on the bus costing him £18 per week, but he earns below minimum wage because he is under 18 and it's only a part time job while he was between college and his new apprenticeship.
“This was his last week at this job. He starts his plumbing apprenticeship this Monday coming.
“It is not far to go but it is too far for him to walk so the only option he has right now is to use the bus or sometimes.
“Ubers/taxis if the buses don't turn up.

He added: “We have had reports from the general public it has been seen in Bamber Bridge outside Morrisons on the 27th July between 4pm and 5pm.
A police spokesperson confirmed the bike lock had been cut and bike stolen from Theatre Street and enquiries are ongoing to trace it.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and quote log 0614 of 25 July.
