Motorcyclist seriously injured in Whittle-le-Woods crash
A 20-year-old man has been seriously injured in a crash involving his motorbike and a car in Whittle-le-Woods.
Around 10pm on Sunday, November 8, police were called to the crash on Preston Road, close to Shaw Hill Golf Club, after reports of a collision between a blue Hyundai car and a black Yamaha motorbike.
The motorcyclist was found with serious injuries including a damaged pelvis, broken leg and foot injuries. The driver of the Hyundai, a 38-year-old man, was uninjured.
The road was closed while accident investigators attended.
