Mother duck and ducklings trying to cross M55
Reports of a mother duck trying to lead her ducklings across the M55 are being attended to by Highways England.
North West Motorway Police tweeted: “Report of some ducklings on Junction 4/3 on the M55, lane 1. The mother duck is trying to cross the motorway, Highways England are en route.”
Motorists are asked to be careful when driving on the road.
