More than 150 cannabis plants worth £150,000 discovered in Accrington house
More than 150 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of £150,000 have been seized by police in Accrington.
Officers discovered the grow during the early hours of Thursday (March 5) at a property on Horne Street.

Officers also discovered evidence that the electricity supply had been bypassed, something police warn is both illegal and extremely dangerous.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: “No arrests have been made as of yet, however enquiries are ongoing to locate those involved.”
The force said cannabis farms are often linked to organised crime and can be associated with exploitation, violence and electricity theft.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log number 0117 of March 5, or email [email protected].
