Missing Preston woman found by Lancashire Police following public appeal

A missing woman from Preston was found following multiple public appeals.

Clara Njie was reported missing after she was last seen in Cambridge Street between 8pm and 8.30pm on Wednesday (June 22).

Lancashire Police said they were “very concerned following her disappearance” and launched multiple public appeals to find the 36-year-old.

On Wednesday (June 29) – seven days after Clara went missing – the force confirmed she had been found and thanked the public for their help.

“Thank you for all your comments and shares - we really appreciate,” a spokesman for Lancashire Police.
