Miller Homes site manager recognised again at industry's big night
Miller Homes is celebrating after Andy Halladay, site manager for their Croston Meadow development in Leyland, won his third Seal of Excellence award at the annual 2018 NHBC Pride in the Job Awards held earlier this month.
The Awards recognise top achievements from the best site managers in the region who contribute to the growth of quality homes in the United Kingdom.
The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are the most highly regarded competition in the house-building industry and is the highest industry accolade a site manager can receive.
Site managers are judged on several factors including consistency of high standards, leadership, technical expertise and interpretation.
Ian Smith, managing director for Miller Homes in the North West, said: “We are extremely proud of Andy for winning his third Seal of Excellence.
“The Pride in the Job Awards are highly renowned in the industry.
“And to win multiple times throughout the years is an incredible achievement for Andy and Miller Homes, and reflects his dedication to bringing the best quality homes to Lancashire while maintaining the highest levels of safety and responsibility during the build process.”
Andy, who lives in Coppull, said: “A third Seal of Excellence win – what an honour.
“It’s incredible to be recognised as one of the top site managers in the North West, and I’m proud to continually bring homes of the highest quality to the people of Leyland.”
Croston Meadow is surrounded by mature trees and natural green spaces, with a blend of rural appeal and access to many amenities.
The development is just a 15-minute walk from Leyland town centre and close to access for commuter routes on the motorways.
The energy efficient three and four-bedroom homes offer the perfect balance of rural and modern living.
