Man wanted by police in connection with fraud investigation has links across Lancashire

Lancashire Police are appealing for information to help trace a man wanted in connection with an investigation into an alleged fraud.
Officers have released a photograph of Alan Webber, 57, who they say is wanted as part of their enquiries.
Webber is described as 5ft 7in tall, with blue eyes, and is known to use several aliases.
According to police, these include the surnames Atkinson, Foxcroft, Grey and Phillips, as well as the names David Hargreaves and George Proctor.
He is believed to have links to Lancaster, Morecambe, Blackpool and Preston.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: “We are asking for any information you can provide to help us locate him.”
