The charities selected for 2026 are The Coastal Collective (Teddy Swims, July 1), Heartbeat (Alanis Morissette, July 2), The Bobby Ball Foundation (Michael Bublé, July 3), One Fylde (Pet Shop Boys, July 4) and Brian House Children’s Hospice (Pitbull, July 5).

Festival co-founder Peter Taylor said: “These are five incredible charities which truly make a difference to our community. Inviting them to be a part of Lytham Festival means that not only can they raise crucial funds to support their work, but they can also promote all that they do to the tens of thousands of people heading to the festival this year.

“It’s never an easy task to choose our charity partners. We receive so many applications every year and the five we have selected for 2026 are ones we feel make a real impact to people living in Lytham and the wider Fylde coast community. We hope our audiences support them all.”

The Coastal Collective, which supports children and families across Lytham and St Annes through emotional, educational and practical services, will partner the opening night.

Suzanne Thomas, Coastal Collective lead, said: “We are delighted to be chosen as a charity partner for Lytham Festival 2026. We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity – not just as a celebration of our work, but as a celebration of the incredible community we are privileged to serve every day.”

Heartbeat, which provides specialist exercise and rehabilitation classes for people living with heart, lung and circulatory conditions, will be on site for the second night.

Dr Sally Bridge, fundraising lead at Heartbeat North West Cardiac Care, said: “Being selected as a partner means the world to us – it’s a recognition of the life-changing work we do every day for more than 1,000 people across the North-West.”

The Bobby Ball Foundation, set up following the death of the much-loved entertainer, will partner the Friday night.

Yvonne Ball, president of the foundation, said: “The Bobby Ball Foundation is absolutely honoured to have been chosen as part of this year’s Lytham Festival. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue Bobby’s legacy in such a special way in a place where he loved and he called home.”

Community charity One Fylde will collect donations on the Saturday.

Josephine Cross, head of marketing and fundraising, said: “Being supported by such a well-loved local event means so much to the people we support and the wider One Fylde community. We are so proud to be part of something so special.”

Brian House Children’s Hospice, the only children’s hospice on the Fylde coast, will partner the closing night as it celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Jo Fowler, community and corporate fundraising manager, said: “To be part of such an iconic event in our 30th anniversary year feels incredibly special and we’re absolutely delighted to have been chosen as the charity partner for Pitbull’s night.”

The charities were selected following an application process. Last year, partners raised more than £16,000, while more than £156,000 has been donated since the festival began in 2010.
